How Long Does A Rotator Cuff Injury Take To Heal?
The problem is that if you keep using it, which is too easy to do, it won’t heal. Go to a sports physician whose goal is to get you back to competiton versus a surgeon who just wants to get you back to normal function.

I’m Having Rotator Cuff Surgery What Should I Take To Wear Home?
Had this done a few years ago. Whenever going to the hospital for surgery wear something comfortable, pull on shorts, sweats etc. After surgery you will want something that buttons as your shoulder will be immobilized . If you do not have button ups, wear the baggiest t shirt that your have. That way it will be easy to get on , you will be leaving your surgical arm out of the sleeve.
Remember post op , do not baby it , try moving the shoulder slowly , raising it away from your body. Your shoulder will let you know if you are going to far. Movement will help you heal a whole lot faster. Good luck to you.
