Can Anyone Tell Me The Symptoms Of A Rotator Cuff Injury? Besides The Normal Pain Are There Other Signs?

My Ortho Doc is a jerk cuz I am a Workers Comp Claim and he thinks that I am making this stuff up. I have constant pain on the outside of my Right Shoulder along the back of my shoulder blade, and I can’t hold my arm up (it falls down). No matter what I do NOTHING helps. My PT thinks that I tore my rotator cuff. I have been going to PT for 1 month with no results except for more pain then before I walk in. I had an MRI done and it came back with a partial tear in my cuff. Has anyone ever felt these symptoms before along with other symptoms and did anyone have surgery for it? My Ortho doc also said that it is inevitable that I will be having surgery for my pain.

so two weeks ago i was at a baseball game…i was in the outfield when someone hit the ball between me and the centerfielder…anyways i dove with my arm fully extended and caught the ball…when i hit the ground i landed sideways with my arm still fully extended…the next day i couldnt even lift my arm or hold anything in it and its been 2 weeks…anyone know what it could be?
