Theraband Rotator Cuff Strengthening
Rotator Cuff strengthening with elastic tubing. 30 repetitions of each exercise is the goal –perform in sets of 10 to equal 30. Roll-up a hand towel and place between the elbow and the chest. Exercises include internal and external rotation as well as shoulder extension and shoulder adduction. Do not perform to the point of pain!
