Do Rehabilitation Excerizes Really Help A Injured Rotator Cuff?
It will depend upon the injury. But there is no better treatment for a rotator cuff injury than physical therapy, unless it is a complete tear of one of the muscle or tendons. If it is a complete tear than surgery may be the best option, followed by physical therapy for rehabilitation.
