What Do I Do About Neck And Shoulder Pain?

The muscles in my shoulder and neck area are always aching and tense.Right now, the pain in my left shoulder area is hurting.I don’t know what is causing it or what I can do to make them feel better.Anyone know?

Anabolic steroids are artificial versions of the male hormone testosterone and are illegally used by some athletes to increase lean muscle mass, strength and endurance. So if adjustable chairs could work for garment workers, whose jobs are extremely physically demanding, then definitely, customizable chairs should benefit many of us who have to sit in our chairs for long hours.
