What Can I Do To Help Get Rid Of Shoulder Pain When I Run?
I don’t know if anyone has ever felt like this before, but when I run I always get this pain in my shoulder at least once during my workout. Sometimes it’s both shoulders and sometimes it’s just one. It just feels really tense and I feel like I’m suffocating, like it’s constricting my airway. My coaches checked me and I’m not running with clenched fists, they’re always relaxed, and my shoulders are never hunched. So I’m not running funny but I still get this really tense and tight feeling in my shoulders. I tried stretching but it hasn’t helped. Is it possible that it has something to do with my breathing? Since I feel like I can’t breathe when I get this sort of pain… any ideas?? If not– are there any exercises or breathing techniques I should consider? Thank you all for your repsonses I really appreciate it!

Rotator Cuff Injured?
My rotator cuff feels a little funny. I recently lifted with heavy weights the other day and after my workout, my left rotator cuff hurted a lot, especially the next morning. I iced it and it got better.I decided to skip a workout that day. The next day I felt perfect. No pain or anything. I rotated my shoulders a little back and forth to make sure there was no pain.
After that, I decided to lift again, not heavy though this time. Then my rotator cuff felt funny again. It was painful but the feeling just bothered me. i really hope I didn’t tear my rotator cuff.I felt perfectly fine until I began lifting again.
My question is een if I tore a little bit of my rotator cuff, can’t I just try to strenghten it with physical therapy? Do I need surgery?
It also hurts if I put pressure on the right side of my neck. The pain is only on my left rotator cuff? any ideas? I stops hurting, until i start lifting again
