Shoulder Pain When Throwing A Softball What Could It Be?
I threw my arm out when I was about 16. Ever since I have a pain on the top of my shoulder when I throw hard. I get fully warmed up, but when I go about 75% or more it hurts. No pain up till a hard throw, is this something that needs surgery to ever get better?

What Could I Do For My Shoulder Pain?
I have a lot of pain in my shoulder, and I think its because I never rest it. I am a competitive swimmer, a flute player, and I carry around a lot of books all day, mainly because i have no choice.
So what could I do for it. Ice? Heat? Rest? What do you recommend?
Thanks so much! Its much appreciated!

What Could Be Causing Right Shoulder Pain And Hand Numbness?
Hi, I’m 34weeks and 4days pregnant for the past 3 weeks I’ve had borderline high blood pressure and trace of protein with mild headaches. Over the past few days my headaches have been getting slightly worse and is now accompanied by mild blurred vision I realise that this could be a sign of Pre-eclamsia and I’m being monitored for this but would like to know if the recent hand numbness and right shoulder pain I’ve started getting could also be a sign?

Could It Be An Injury Of My Rotator Cuff?
OK… I hurt my shoulder golfing like last July. I have been having pain since but all my doctors told me it was referred pain from some other stomach issues. I was using biofreeze and taking a lot of tylenol, advil, aleve and nothing worked. So, i went to an orthopedic and he sent me to physical therapy…which didn’t help. I go back to him in 2 weeks and he said if physical therapy doesn’t help.. to get an MRI. So, I think I am going to. But.. I can put my right arm out to the side and its fine but then I start to bring it up and I can bring it all the way up but about 3/4 it hurts really bad. So… I can’t really put my arm straight up. I am supposed to start golf next week (i live in kansas city… can’t play from november to april), but I don’t want to get worse. I play golf like kids on select soccer teams play soccer. I practice 3 nights a week and play on the weekends, sometimes out of town.
If it is my rotator cuff, I know an MRI will show it. But how do you treat it?
Thanks
