How do you know the difference between a rotator cuff tear and a shoulder dislocation? I use to do lots of over head weights now my shoulder cracks pretty bad, i can’t even work out anymore!
A dislocated joint usually requires a visit ti the Emergency Room – there is visible deformity and, perhaps, swelling or inflammation (if traumatic).
Cracking is consistent with Impingement Syndrome – caused by rotator cuff weakness.
